"Remember me, Remember us", is a Missing Voices concert with soprano, Lily Arbisser and pianist, Dimitri Malignan from Paris, joined by violist Deanna Petre. Missing Voices sheds light on the irreparable loss of Jewish classical music composers during the Holocaust.

Valor and Triumph
The Muscatine Symphony Orchestra presents its season finale concert, Valor and Triumph. This evening of inspiration features music written in response to adversity, hardship, and sometimes war, celebrating the resilience of the human spirit. Works by Gershwin, Perttu, and Tchaikovsky headline the program.
Masterworks concert
Experience a moving Masterworks finale presented in partnership with Violins of Hope. Bach’s beautiful Concerto for Two Violins features Concertmaster Naha Greenholtz and members of the orchestra performing on historic violins, symbols of resilience, hope, and remembrance.
Violin and Piano Duet
Featuring pianist Leigh Pirtle of Burlington and violinist Jeffrty Phillips, the duet will open with a short explanation of the Violins of Hope project and the connection of the violin to Anne Frank.
Masterworks concert

Verschleppt: The Carrying Off of Markus and Anna Mattes
Through slides of family pictures, documents, maps, and first-hand accounts in letters written by Markus and Anna and members of the Mattes family, we learn of the couple’s witness to the beginnings of the Holocaust, and their desperate attempts to escape Nazi Germany to join their children, who found a home in the Quad Cities.

Yom Hashoah - 45th Annual Holocaust Remembrance
Yom HaShoah, translated, means “Day of Remembrance of the Holocaust.” For more than four decades, this has been marked in the Quad Cities by a service of mourning and hope which unites persons of all faiths in remembrance of the great human tragedy of the Holocaust.

Kaffee und Kuchen: The Holocaust by Bullets: The Twisted Path to Auschwitz
Robinson Yost, Ph.D. presents “The Holocaust by Bullets: The Twisted Path to Auschwitz” during a Kaffe and Kuchen event. This is the final day the international exhibition Violins of Hope is on display at the German American Heritage Center and Museum.
ATLYS String Quartet
ATLYS string quartet, lauded for their passionate, dynamic performances and signature sound, curates programs that are both diverse and intriguing. ATLYS has represented NYC’s Lincoln Center and graced stages such as Red Rocks and the Gorge Amphitheater, and with over 1000 performances under their belt and 25 million digital streams, they have inspired listeners across the globe.
